Back in May, we told you about our partnership with the Arthritis Foundation and how we’re teaming up to host an exciting event called Healing Hands for Arthritis on World Arthritis Day, October 12, 2011. Get ready! Starting tomorrow all of our 700 clinics will be accepting appointments for the event and you need to act fast to lock in your favorite therapist or esthetician.
Did you know arthritis affects more than 50 million Americans? It’s actually the leading cause of disability in our country and impacts people of every age including children. Join us as we support the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide efforts to prevent, control and cure arthritis.
On October 12th, $10 from every one-hour massage and facial session will be donated to the organization. The truth is, there’s really no better way to give back than treating yourself or a loved one to a relaxing massage or facial treatment. Additionally, Murad®, our exclusive skin care partner, will donate 10% of all sales of products sold at Massage Envy Spa locations during the event. Wyndmere, our retail partner at all locations, will also donate 10% of all their retail sales on event day.
Just a heads up for members, monthly pre-paid massages will be accepted during Healing Hands for Arthritis. Gift cards will be accepted as well and while walk-ins are welcome, we highly suggest making an appointment starting tomorrow. You really do not want to miss out!
