Splitting Member MassagesAs a member you may now split your 1-hour monthly member massage into two 1/2 hour massage sessions. This is a convenient way to pay for thirty-minute upgrades or to receive a thirty-minute massage twice in a month.
Sharing Member MassageAs a member you may share your member massages with the guest of your choice. Each member may transfer 1 member massage per month. Each guest may redeem 1 member massage every 6 months.

Appointment Cancellation PolicyPlease have a credit/debit/or gift card number available when you book an appointment at our clinic.
We hold a card number on file for our 24 hour cancel and reschedule policy.
Reservations cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 1/2 of the scheduled appointment price to cover the Massage Therapist for their time.
However, if we are able to re-fill your original appointment time with another client, there is no charge. Please ask a front desk associate if further clarification is needed.
