Massage Envy Site Criteria

Ideal space for a Massage Envy Clinic:

• 2,500 - 3,500 square feet
• Combination daily needs and regional draw centers
• End-cap or bookend by "quiet" co-tenants
• Ideal frontage of 30 feet minimum
• Close proximity and / or visibility to interstate, freeway, highway, etc.
• Allows display of our corporate signage on fascia and marquee / monument signage

Ideal Neighbors:

• Female-Driven Businesses
• Health / Wellness Concepts
• Grocery Stores
• Health Clubs / Gyms
• National Bookstores
• National Coffee Companies
• High-End Retailers

Minimum Demographics:

• Population: 7,500 qualifying households within 3-5 mile trade area
• Age: 30 - 60 years
• Qualified Household: household income of at least $75,000

Ideal Facility Requirements:

• HVAC: 1 ton per 250 sq. ft. with minimum one (1) year landlord warranty
• IT: Availability of a T1 line and point of demarcation to be identified
• Signage: Availability on monument or marquee signage
