Make It a Meatless Monday

Cutting back on your meat consumption can be good for your
health. If you're not sure where to start, joining the "Meatless
Monday" movement is an easy way to do it.
The idea is simple enough: one day a week, just say "no" to meat
and replace it with healthy alternatives.
"You can find vegetarian options almost anywhere," says Traci
Vujicich, a health coach and vegetarian. "But make good choices and
skip foods high in fat and calories. French fries may be vegetarian
but that doesn't mean they're healthy."
The idea is to try some innovative recipes that make vegetarian
fare an exciting break from the norm. Consider whipping up some
banana cinnamon roti wraps for breakfast; buffalo tempeh pizza for
