Preferred Co-tenants

  • Female driven anchor stores
  • Dominant area grocery stores, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's
  • Health clubs/gyms

Preferred Trade Area Demographics

Suburban Markets

  • Population: Trade areas or communities over 50,000
  • Median age: 30-40 years
  • Household: 7,500 HHs with average income of at least $75,000
  • The Buxton Company Core Customer Count over 7,000

Independent Markets

  • Population: Trade areas or communities over 50,000
  • Household: 10,000 HHs with average income of at least $50,000
  • The Buxton Company Core Customer Count over 7,000
  • Dominant area grocery store and at least two of the following anchors within the trade area: Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Costco, Lowe's, Home Depot

Urban Markets

  • Population: Trade areas or neighborhood over 20,000
  • Household: 7,500 HHs with average income of at least $75,000
  • The Buxton Company Core Customer Count over 3,000

Facility Requirements

  • HVAC: 1 ton per 250 sq. ft. with minimum of one (1) year landlord warranty
  • Electrical: 200 amp 120/180 V available to premises, 3 phase 42 breaker panel
  • IT: Availability of fractional TI, SDSL line and point of demarcation to be identified
