Massage Envy Appoints Todd Schrader as Chief Executive Officer
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 5, 2024 – Massage Envy (the “Company”), the nation's No. 1 provider of massage in the U.S. collectively across its franchise network and a national leader in skin care, today announced the appointment of Chief Operating Officer Todd Schrader as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He succeeds Beth Stiller, who is stepping down to pursue another professional opportunity. She will continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors and will work with Mr. Schrader to help ensure a smooth transition.
Mr. Schrader joined Massage Envy in 2016 and has more than 25 years of retail and management experience. As Chief Operating Officer, he led key growth initiatives across operations and innovation, in addition to supporting franchisees’ efforts with employee brand initiatives. Mr. Schrader was also instrumental in supporting the business through the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Todd was Vice President of Operations, overseeing the field regional leadership teams. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schrader spent eight years at RadioShack and General Wireless in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as Vice President of Corporate Stores.
