We're looking for LMT Students who have completed 300hrs of school or a Licensed Personal Trainer with more than 1 year of experience.

• LMT students are eligible for a $1200 sign-on bonus once they acquire their license and transition from the Stretch & RTR position to an LMT position with Massage Envy - Dr. Phillips.

What it takes to succeed:

• Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 300 hours of massage therapy school under their belts and are set to complete their final 500 within the next semester OR 1 year experience as a certified personal trainer. You'll also need to be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.
• Thirsty for knowledge, seeking continuing education to build on their modality mastery.
• Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Total body care champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
