Qualified Candidates:
- Have experience in sales and/or team supervision, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Are team players with leadership potential who can support, motivate, and help guide others
- Are comfortable having honest and constructive conversations
- Help foster a positive, professional culture where staff feel valued, supported, and connected to the mission
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in daily operations, including membership sales, retail promotion, inventory control, and scheduling
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a welcoming, safe, and therapeutic environment
- Step in to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance goals
- Help ensure all policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed consistently
- Monitor business performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
