Massage Envy Indian Trail is seeking a results-driven Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales expertise with team leadership in the growing wellness industry.
The Role:
You'll wear three hats:
- Sales & Retention Expert: Convert first-time guests into monthly members (15%+ conversion target); Member & Guest retention
- Team Trainer: Coach our front desk team to improve their conversion rates
- Business Developer: Build local partnerships to drive new guest traffic
This is perfect for someone who:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: commensurate with experience
- Commission (performance-based)
- Growth bonuses
- Schedule: 12-20 hours/week
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✓ 2+ years sales experience (retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness preferred) ✓ Track record of exceeding sales targets ✓ Enjoys coaching and developing others ✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ✓ Self-starter who can work independently ✓ Available weekends (Sat & Sun required)
