Perks & Pay:

• Pay rate; $50-$60/hour, including gratuity.
• A built-in established client base that is always growing. Your schedule will be full, whether you work part-time or full-time.
• Flexible scheduling to meet each therapist’s needs and up to 25 minutes between clients.
• Base pay (commensurate with experience) per massage, our Tippy program allowing therapists to immediately receive their tips when clients pay with credit cards, and other incentives.
• Benefits: HEALTH, dental and vision insurance (for therapists working a minimum of 20 hours/week), 401(k) program for those who have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours, and paid time off for full-time therapists working at least 30 hours/week.
• Tuition Loan Reimbursement program paying up to $125/month for full-time therapists.
• License reimbursement: after 1 year, 100% reimbursement for full-time therapists; 50% for part-time
• Free AMTA membership, including professional liability insurance.
• 20+ free continuing education courses every year
• Free Massage Envy membership with discounted services, a free 1-hour monthly service for full-time therapists, and 1 free weekly HydroWave relaxation massage service for both part-time and full-time therapists, which includes customizable lighting, scent and music.
• Everything our therapists need, including shirts, lotions, holsters and linens.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must have a minimum of 650 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of program completion
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts  
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best
• Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
