Massage Envy South Windsor is one of the busiest and most successful wellness centers in the country. We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and inspiring individual to lead and support our talented team of Estheticians. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Clinic General Manager and play a key leadership role in shaping the careers and success of our Licensed Estheticians, while still performing skincare treatments on clients.

You'll provide administrative support, train and onboard Estheticians, monitor Esthetician performance results, oversee ongoing development plans, and foster a professional, safe, and empowering environment for our employees.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of licensed Estheticians to achieve their full potential.
• Support employee onboarding, continuing education, and career development plans.
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and professionalism in all services.
• Maintain daily operational routines tied to team performance and clinic goals.
• Perform skincare services to build and maintain a client base.
• Monitor and manage KPIs to support the clinic's growth and member satisfaction.
