Position Title: Business Manager – Multi-Clinic Operations

Reports To: Franchise Owner

Position Summary

The Business Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and team performance of two clinic locations. This role provides leadership and oversight to ensure both clinics operate efficiently, deliver exceptional customer service, achieve revenue and membership goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. The Business Manager serves as a key leader, supporting clinic teams while driving business growth and operational excellence across both locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of two clinic locations.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate clinic operations and team performance.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure exceptional member experiences.

Financial Management

  • Manage clinic budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, membership growth, and retail sales.
  • Monitor payroll, labor costs, and productivity to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop clinic leadership teams.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Foster employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and scheduling to meet business demands.
  • Lead regular management meetings and staff communications.

Membership & Client Experience

  • Drive membership acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address service recovery opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experiences across both locations.
  • Partner with clinic teams to achieve membership and service goals.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain clinic standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
  • Address employee relations issues and partner with Human Resources when necessary.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with ownership to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Track and report on business performance and improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience overseeing multiple locations, preferably in healthcare, wellness, spa, or service-based industries.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, payroll, reporting, and customer management systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations.

Salary Range: Based on experience and qualifications.
