How to prepare for a facial

When you get to your Massage Envy, you’ll fill out your personalized form to indicate skin care needs, goals, and your history of services. This step is important, so it’s best to arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to focus on you.

Let's get to know you

Getting to know you is the most important step. You’ll meet with your esthetician to talk about your personalized form and address specific skin concerns you’d like to focus on. Communication with your esthetician at this step is key to achieving desired results.

Review service options & get comfortable

Your esthetician will review the steps of your skin care session and specific product options. Massage Envy offers only the best-in-class products. Once you confirm your options, you’ll get tucked into covers to begin. To fully experience the benefits of your Facial, you’ll be asked to disrobe to your comfort level – usually from the waist up.

Your skin care experience

Your Facial starts with a cleanse/steam treatment, skin analysis, customized exfoliation mask, and extractions (as needed). Your session will conclude with a customized treatment mask and finishing treatment. A 90-minute session includes the same steps as the 60-minute session, but with more time and attention spent at each stage of the facial process.

What to do after your facial

After your session your esthetician will wait outside the room while you dress. Then you'll discuss your aftercare product options to help prolong the effects of your Facial.
