Promotional card in its original format must be used between February 15, 2026 and May 15, 2026 or will expire with no value. Promotional card must be presented at check-in to purchase services or retail items at Massage Envy franchised locations; promotional card may NOT be used for monthly payments under Membership/Wellness Agreements, gratuities, or to purchase gift cards. Promotional card is not a credit/debit card, and is not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit except where required by law. Promotional card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
