MASSAGE

TYPES OF MASSAGE

Therapeutic needs vary from person-to-person and from day-to-day. Our therapists use a combination of methods based on your needs.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger Point Therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Our most popular therapeutic massage type, the light to medium pressure helps relieve stress, reduce pain, boost mood and promote relaxation.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue is similar to Swedish massage, but the technique focuses on the deepest layer of muscles to target knots and release chronic muscle tension.

SPORTS MASSAGE

For athletes of every kind, each therapeutic massage is specific to your sport of choice, with focus on a particular troublesome area like a knee or shoulder.

"Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, and improving circulation while easing tension."
REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology applies pressure to areas in the hands and feet called “reflex zones”, which relieves stress, addresses conditions of the feet and ankle and promotes overall relaxation.

CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY

Gentle techniques addressing the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum that offers effective relief for headaches, TMJD, back and neck pain.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

An ideal therapeutic choice for prenatal care, each massage differs based on your individual needs and requests.

GERIATRIC MASSAGE

Geriatric massage relieves anxiety and depression while helping maintain and improve overall health in elderly clients.
