Todd Schrader is Massage Envy’s Chief Executive Officer. Todd is a multi-dimensional leader with a history of success realized across diverse roles including sales, finance, marketing, and operations. He has spent his career building and inspiring teams that exceed goals through leading by example.
Todd joined the Massage Envy leadership team in 2016 and has more than 25 years of retail and management experience. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he led key growth initiatives across operations and innovation, in addition to supporting franchisees’ efforts with employee brand initiatives. He was also instrumental in supporting the business through COVID-19.
Prior to joining the company, Todd was the Vice President of Corporate Stores for General Wireless and has served as the director of finance, sales, reporting, and marketing. He brings to more than 25 years of retail and management experience to the brand
